James Bond SPECTRE: The Auction
This February, to celebrate the release of SPECTRE on Digital HD, Blu-ray and DVD, Christie’s and EON Productions presented two charity auctions of James Bond memorabilia.
Yesterday evening, Thursday 18 February, Christie's and EON Productions presented a live charity auction of ten star lots of SPECTRE memorabilia. The star of the evening was the unique Aston Martin DB10, the only one of ten made for the film that is sold, which was auctioned for £2.1m (£2.4m including buyer's premium).
Christie’s online-only auction James Bond SPECTRE: Online is now open for bidding at www.christies.com/spectreonline.
This morning, 15 February 2016, all 24 lots of the Christie’s & Eon Productions James Bond SPECTRE auction were shown to the press at Christie's King Street location. Bond Lifestyle attended the event to take a closer look at the lots.
All 24 lots of the Christie’s & Eon Productions James Bond SPECTRE Auction have been revealed. The auction gives us a few more items that were not yet identified, like M's and Hinx's wristwatches and Bond's hat in the opening sequence. It also confirms that Bond's Snowdon sunglasses are indeed Havana (52N). See more details of each lot below.
